We are very excited to share details of Fitness in the Bubble 2023!  This year, our biggest group exercise event will take place on the 18th March.  For those who’ve been before it needs no introduction; for those new to the event, this is where group exercise takes over the tennis courts in our bubble for an afternoon “mash-up” of classes.  It’s a chance to celebrate group exercise and our members who love group exercise classes, and it’s not to be missed!  Here’s what you need to know: Junior Dance Class 1 – 1.30pm We start with our juniors and Sophia leading us in a fun dance class, where children will be taught some great dance routines to the latest music.  The class is suitable for both girls and boys and aimed at children aged 7-13. Parents are very welcome to join in with the routines! Alternatively, you can pop over to the Club Lounge or do your own exercise and then come back for the mini-performance at the end – we just ask you to please stay in the Club. Juniors under 7 are very welcome but parents/guardians must stay in the bubble with them. Whilst the session is free, please do book at Reception or by emailing info@. Main Event 2 – 4pm Join us for a 2-hour mash-up of all your favourite classes, starting at 2pm.  Our awesome instructor team will be leading a programme of Body Attack, Body Combat, GRIT Cardio, Zumba, LBT, Circuits, Les Mills Core and Body Balance.  The workout will have different levels, will be well-paced and structured to make the two-hour duration achievable for all! If the thought of two hours seems daunting, please rest assured you are welcome to sit out some parts or take a few minutes break as your body tells you to!  We just recommend you keep warm and mobile so you are ready to join back in. The class can be done at your own pace and is always full of fun and infectious energy. The workout will be suitable for anyone aged 14+. Parents/guardians of 14/15 year olds don’t have to do the workout but must remain in the Club.  Please bring your own mat for the Core and Body Balance sections if you have one, as we will not be providing any. Whilst the event is free, please do book so that we know what numbers to expect. Booking is now open at Reception or you can email info@.  The class will be available to book on the App (6 days in advance) but if you wish to avoid using one of your 5 class limit, do book with the Reception team or by email. If you would like to bring a non-member guest, you can do so buy buying a guest pass from Reception, but please do purchase this ahead of the day.
