Some of the packaging may show shelf wear, but the contents are undamaged and unused. The part number indicates this brace is meant for customization. I assume, but do not know for sure, that this means it can be adjusted for size and that the cushioning is not pre-installed. The accessory pack of cushions, straps, adjuster tool and spacers is included. Also included is a Berg transport bag. Retail value of this current product is $800-900 USD.
