Wild Flow is an Omstars course featuring 4 practices with Elizabeth Richardson. This course includes 3 vinyasa-style practices of various lengths, plus on slower paced, “sleepy” flow to help you unwind from a long day. If you’re new to yoga, get started with Elizabeths beginner fundamentals class and then go from there. Otherwise, enjoy practicing with each of the classes in this course in whatever way works for you.
