The smallest book in the world
We proudly present the World’s Smallest Book according to the Guinness Book of Records! This tiny treasure was manufactured in the 1950s in Germany by Franz Bischofer (born 1904) in a very limited edition and can now be purchased for the very first time. The micro book measures only 4x4 mm (0.16x0.16 inches)! It has a leather binding with gold stamping, and is even gilt-edged on all three sides! The tiny text can only be read with a magnifying glass and is a poem in German about marriage. The print was done on a regular letter press printing machine with real printing types (no photographic reduction!). The regular version comes in an acrylic safe with a built-in magnifying glass and a decorative box of 3.1x3.1 cm (1.22x1.22 inches)
