Bust Measure around the fullest part of the chest while keeping the measuring tape horizontal. B. Waist Measure around the narrowest part of the waist while keeping the measuring tape horizontal. Remember that you will need space to place a finger between your body and the tape measure for pants, shorts, skirts. C. Hips Measure around the widest part of the hips while keeping the measuring tape horizontal. Pay attention to your stance, stand tall and keep your feet together. Don't forget to empty your pockets.
