Rash in between breasts comes and goes

Since I ve had bub, this rash has been flaring up and disappearing. It is not itchy or flaky.  Anyone know what it might be? I keep forgetting to mention…

Rash Between Breast not sure of what it could be , it burns at times and is dry and my skin flakes but its raw and ugly and i dont like it .
