The Natural Pilates method is an athletic approach to classical Pilates. Our classes are designed to help you increase strength through muscle fatigue, flexibility through full ranges of motion, and body awareness. Each studio offers group classes and private sessions with expert instructors. Our unique approach of assessing clients range of motion and posture, helps our instructors understand and program for each client needs and goals. Our team can accommodate anyone from teens, athletes, clients recovery from injuries, prenatal and postnatal, to clients that want to improve their game in golf and other sports. We offer Private Pilates and GYROTONIC training, Semi Private Pilates and group classes. The group classes are small which gives the instructors the ability to correct form and pay undivided attention to all clients in the class. Our approach focuses on challenging the body appropriately by manipulating the amount of repetitions and resistance until the muscles burn. We offer a wide range of classes based on the focus and level or the class: beginner/ intermediate classes, open for all levels, intermediate/advanced, glutes & abs, gluts, arms & abs, prenatal classes, and cardio tramp mix classes. In order to make our classes fun and challenging we are using props like stability balls, ankle weights, free weights, resistance bands, flex bands and fitness circles. Our studio is equipped with top of the line STOTT Pilates pilates equipment (V2max plus reformers and towers, Cadillacs, Stott pilates chairs, Stott pilates barrels), GYROTONIC and other strength training equipment to create a different experience every time. Natural Pilates also offers teacher training programs, NPCP-certified online training workshops, and an on-demand workout platform called Natural Pilates TV. “I like to share my love for pilates and fitness through helping people improve their strength, balance, flexibility and awareness in their body.” - Laura Wilson
