Dynamic hot yoga studios offer a range of yoga classes throughout the day including ashtanga, teacher training and private tuition. We now have two beautiful studios available, one based in hove located close to hove train station on the top floor of the historic dubarry building, this is one of the biggest yoga studios in brighton and hove, and also offers a comfortable membership lounge and sauna. Their second branch is now open in portslade, with an eco friendly energy saving infrared heating system, located just a short 10 minute walk from portslade train station, this studio is only open for classes, all enquires are taken through our hove studio.Both venues are full of sunlight and fresh air, heated to just what the class requires.
