Fabric is waxed 100% cotton- would need rewaxing to ensure water resistance but still has the odor! Simple design with elasticated waist with a metal clasp. Designed to go over existing clothing. Opening at side to allow access to pockets. Colour is best described as khaki green but there is variation across the surface. Lots of wear at the hems. Marked size is French 60, US 5-XXL, GB 48, Italian 64 and German 64.
