This is not a physical garment or pattern and nothing will be mailed to you. Eden is a classic, fitted, athletic legging. They have no side seam and include a full inseam gusset for comfort and easy movement. Choose from 3 rise options: low, mid, and high. There are 3 lined waistband options: a plain waistband, a ruched (front and back) waistband, and a ruched (front only) waistband. It also includes 6 hemlines: 3.5” shorts, 8” bike shorts, cropped, 7/8” length, and full length in both 30” and 32”. Eden is perfect for the gym, dance class, lounging at home, and everyday wear. Sizes (includes both imperial and metric measurements): •Fits natural waist sizes: 23″-57″ or 58.4-134.6 cm. •Fits preferred waist sizes: 29″-59″ or 73.6-149.8 cm. •Fits full hip sizes: 34″-64″ or 86.3 – 162.5 cm. •Fits upper-thigh sizes: 20.5″-37.5″ or 52.1-95.3 cm. •Fits mid-thigh sizes: 18.75″-32.75″ or 47.6 – 83.2 cm. •Fits calf sizes: 12″-20.25″ or 30.5 – 51.4 cm. Skill level: Confident beginner - the ruched option will be the most difficult for a true beginner. Suggested Fabrics: •Fabric content will affect the drape and fit. •Drafted for medium weight knits (200gsm +) with 4-way stretch, great recovery, and a minimum 50% horizontal stretch, and 50% vertical stretch. Look for high spandex content, 5% minimum, but I prefer 12%-25%. Note- the higher spandex content and heavier weight knits (250gsm+) will feel tighter and give more compression. •Examples for athletic wear: ribbed athletic knits, athletic brushed poly, nylon spadex, poly spandex, supplex, yoga knit, nylon spandex tricot, poly spandex tricot, ribbed tricot, athletic foiled knit, etc. •Examples for more causal wear: cotton lycra, double brushed poly, thicker ribbed knit, etc. Notions: •Optional- 1/4 clear elastic to add support to the waistband. •Basics: thread, pins or clips, scissors, ruler, hem gauge, safety pin or bodkin, and marking tool.
