Waxed Coated 10.5oz Indigo Denim – Miss Maude

This is a rigid deep indigo coloured denim that has a light paraffin wax coating applied to it - this gives the fabric a subtle sheen and makes it a little stiffer than other denims of the same weight.  Use it where you would other denims - we're thinking jackets, bags and sturdy jeans.  Please note, that with washing the coating will come off to reveal a traditional denim finish.  We recommend you don't wash this fabric if you would like to retain the subtle wax finish.   Suitable patterns include the Hoodie Parker, Jutland Pants, September Coat to name a few.
